Physical Product Delivery
Due to COVID19 Pendamic, I’m taking orders for commission artwork within Sikkim (India) only. For other states of India and International will be notified on this website later on.
- Paintings, Coloured Pencil Art and Graphite Pencil Art will be ready within 20 to 30 days after placing an order.
- It may take 10 to 15 days to be shipped at your doorstep in Sikkim.
- I’ll parcel the artworks through India Post. But in Sikkim, I’ll deliver artworks directly to the customers.

Digital Artwork Delivery
- It depends upon the number of digital artwork like children’s book illustrations, Book Cover Illustrations, Logo Design, etc. If it is a single artwork, usually, it takes 7-10 days to complete. So, the delivery of digital artwork will be negotiated over email or contacts.
- It will be delivered through email or possible contacts.
- Formats available for digital artwork are JPG, TIFF, PNG, CDR, PSD, AI, GIF, BMP and PDF
- The download link will be valid for 90 days.
Creative Writing Delivery
- It also depends upon the type of creative writing; application will take less time, whereas stories will consume a longer time to complete, which is mentioned in the Pricing Section of Creative Writing Service, Click here to view.
- It will be delivered through email or possible contacts.
- The writing content will be available in Ms Word (.docx) and PDF.
- The download link will be valid for 90 days.
Digital Product Delivery
- Customers can able to download digital products instantly after making the payment.
- Download link will appear after payment, also a download link with purchase invoice will delivered to your mailbox and also available on your account section. (Enter Valid Email ID correctly)
- The download link will be valid for 90 days.
Returns Policy
It is only applicable to Physical Products that paintings purchased on my websites like landscape, scenery and others except your order placing for making portrait artworks. You may be charged 10% for re-stocking on any returned products. All the digital products are non-returnable other than expressed and mentioned in a specific products.
Cancellation
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order and it hasn’t left my premises then I’ll need to charge the fee that the Bank charge me. If the order has left the premises then further charges may apply.
