Library Books Management 2022 is a simple, reliable, and user-friendly record-keeping application designed to help librarians efficiently manage school library operations. Originally developed for the library of Bermiok Tokal SSS in South Sikkim, this versatile solution can be used by any school or institutional library that needs an easy offline management system.
Built on Microsoft Excel, the application provides a complete digital solution for maintaining records of books, readers, and librarians—without requiring an internet connection. It combines simplicity, security, and essential automation tools to make everyday library tasks faster and more organized.

Product Activation
This application requires one-time product activation after installation.
When the application is opened for the first time, users will be guided with clear on-screen instructions to:
- Set up school details
- Generate a 5-digit A–E series Installation ID
- Send the Installation ID along with your name, mobile number, email id (used for purchasing this application online) and school name to the provided contact number or email
- Receive a product key to activate the software
- All instructions and guidelines are displayed within the application during the initial setup process.
Platform & Compatibility
Library Books Management 2022 runs on computers with Microsoft Excel installed (2010 or later). Macros and ActiveX settings (prompt me before enabling all controls with minimal restrictions) must be enabled for the application to function properly.
